There don't seem to be any velocities in my Desmond trajectory. Why is this?

Starting with Suite 2012, velocities are not recorded in the trajectory for Desmond simulations. Velocities are rarely used in the analysis, increase storage and decrease play speed. If you want to include the velocities in your trajectory, you can select "Record velocities" in the Output tab of the Advanced Options panel, which can be opened from the Simulated Annealing, Molecular Dynamics, Replica Exchange and Metadynamics panels. This option is available in earlier suites, so you can turn it on again if it was turned off.
