Is it possible to restart a Prime MM-GBSA job?

Starting with Schrodinger Suite 2012, Prime MM-GBSA jobs can be restarted from the command line, provided that there is a jobname.restart file present: 

$SCHRODINGER/prime_mmgbsa -RESTART jobname.restart
You can see usage and options for the prime_mmgbsa command by running: 

$SCHRODINGER/prime_mmgbsa -h
