How can I inspect the files generated by a node and rerun the same calculation through the command line (e.g. for debugging purposes)?

The temporary directory used by the KNIME Schrodinger extensions for temporary files can be changed in File → Preferences → Knime → Schrodinger → Directory. This is where you can find the temporary files if you disable the option "Delete temporary files after a node successfully executes" in File → Preferences → Knime → Schrodinger. Keep in mind to enable it again as soon as possible so as not to fill your disk. You can run the same calculation again in this directory using the command reported in the console.
