How do I uninstall a Schrödinger suite from my Mac?

You should use the Uninstall.command script that is in the SchrodingerSuite2012 folder of your Applications folder. If you just remove this folder from Applications, this does not uninstall the software, which is located in /opt/schrodinger. If you reinstall the software or an update later, you will end up with unlaunchable apps.
