I'm getting no results when I try to search the online help on my Linux machine. What is the problem?
It is possible that you might not have the package pcre (Perl compatible regular expression libraries) installed on your system. This package is required by the search engine, swish-e. The problem has been observed on RHEL and CentOS 6 operating systems. The solution is to install the package. You must install the 32-bit version as well as the 64-bit version.
