On my Mac, when I pick atoms in Maestro by dragging over them, the structure becomes blurred and moves a bit to the top left. Is there a way to fix this?

This issue appears for some NVidia graphics cards, and may be due to problems with the driver, when drawing the lasso used for selection. You can use a different, but slower, drawing mode to fix this problem. To change modes, enter the following command:

displayopt rubber_banding=main

in the Commands text box in the main window. Choose Window → Command Input Area if the text box is not displayed. This setting is stored in your preferences, so that it is used the next time you start Maestro. To revert to the default setting, use the command:

displayopt rubber_banding=xor
