When I upgrade to Suite 2012 Update 2 on my Windows machine from Suite 2012 or Suite 2012 Update 1, the upgrade fails for Prime and CombiGlide. What do I need to do to complete the upgrade?
If you are using the Upgrade facility in the Suite 2012 Update 2 installer on a 32-bit Windows machine, the upgrade can fail to install Prime and CombiGlide. To complete the upgrade, use the installer to uninstall Prime and CombiGlide, and then run it again to reinstall these two products.
