Can I export fasta sequences from structures in Maestro?

Yes, using the Multiple Sequence Viewer (MSV).

  1. Include the structures in the Maestro Workspace, or select the entries to be exported in the Project Table.
  2. Open the MSV by choosing Tools → Multiple Sequence Viewer.
  3. Choose Maestro → Incorporate Entries from Workspace, or Maestro → Incorporate Selected Entries. The sequences are added to the MSV.
  4. Choose File → Export Sequences, select the destination, name the file, and click Save. The sequences are written to the destination folder.
