The online help doesn't seem to be working on my Mac. What can I do about it?

The online help is displayed in a browser by a help server. If you are using a proxy server on your Mac, and localhost is not explicitly in the permitted set, you can't use the online help. You then have to add localhost to the list of allowed hosts.
