Maestro freezes my Mac when I load some structures, and I have to do a reboot. Is there a fix for this problem?

This problem is probably due to a graphics card or driver issue that is triggered by the drawing of bond outlines. You can turn bond outlines off in the Preferences panel under Molecular Representation – Atoms and bonds, by selecting Never. This preference is saved when you quit Maestro, so you should only need to do it once.
