Launching Maestro on Windows fails with the error "ImportError: DLL load failed". What do I do?
This error likely indicates that Maestro is having trouble loading a library, as the one it finds on your system is taking precedence over Maestro's preferred version. In many cases, this problem can be resolved by removing or renaming the conflicting library so that Maestro can fall back on its own version. The dll_checker_util.exe utility installed in the tools folder of your Schrodinger installation can help identify which library is in conflict.
