How do I generate a list of the residues in a receptor site found by SiteMap?

You can generate a list of residues as follows:

1. Include the site and the receptor entries in the Workspace.
2. Choose Edit → Select Atoms → Select, or choose Select from the Select button on the Edit toolbar. The Atom Selection dialog box opens.
3. In the Entries tab, select the site entry name, and click Add.
4. Click the Proximity button, to open the Proximity dialog box.
5. Ensure that Proximity is set to Within 4 Angstroms (or whatever distance you prefer)
6. Ensure that Residues is selected under Fill, and that Exclude source is selected.
7. Click OK. The residues near the site should now be marked in the Workspace
   in blue.
8. Click the "Res Num" button in the lower right of the Atom Selection
   dialog box. The expression in the ASL text box changes into a list of residue numbers. You can copy and paste the list.
