How can I concatenate columns in KNIME?
Use the Column combiner node (the concatenate node is for rows). If this isn't flexible enough (e.g. you can't control the order of the columns) you can use the Java snippet node with a command like: return "prefix-"+$Col2$+"_ref_"+$Col1$
