My installation on a Windows computer failed. What should I do?
Please take a screen shot of the failure, including any error messages and other data. Also collect the installation log files as described in section 4.1.3 of the Installation Guide:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Schrodinger\Installer\2012\schrodingerSetup.log
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Schrodinger\Installer\2012\schrodingerInstaller.log
Collect these files and send them as attachments to help@schrodinger.com along with a description of the issue.
