I performed a calculation starting from the Maestro interface on Windows. After finishing I could not find the files the applications should have written out. What did I do wrong?

Maestro writes files in the current working directory. On Windows the default is the Schrodinger folder in your documents folder (My Documents or Documents) from Suite 2010 on; in earlier releases it is your user profile folder (%USERPROFILE%). You can change this behavior by choosing Maestro → Change Directory and navigating to the desired location.
