How can I combine two Desmond trajectories?
Schrödinger provides a script, manipulate_trj.py, that can be used to combine trajectories. To combine two trajectories, use the following command:
$SCHRODINGER/run -FROM desmond manipulate_trj.py out_trj in1_trj in2_trj
To learn more about the usage options for this script, type the following at the command line:
$SCHRODINGER/run -FROM desmond manipulate_trj.py -h
