My cluster uses a Myrinet network. Can Desmond use this?

The version of OpenMPI distributed with Schrodinger software is not built with support for Myrinet networks. However, you may compile your own version of OpenMPI for use with Desmond. Once compiled and installed, set the SCHRODINGER_OPENMPI environment variable to point to the root directory of your custom OpenMPI installation.
