Can a 'Develop pharmacophore' project generated on the command line be converted to a Maestro project?
No. However, the pharmacophore hypotheses that were created from command-line can be imported to Maestro via the Manage Hypotheses panel. The hypotheses and the reference ligands will appear in the Project Table, and can then be saved as a Maestro project.
