Does Schrödinger support computation on the GPU via GPGPU technology such as CUDA (NVidia), Stream (ATI), FireStream (AMD) or OpenCL?
In the Suite 2011 release, we released our first GPU-enabled application, Attachment-Based Core Hopping, which uses CUDA on NVidia Tesla and Fermi cards. Please review Schrödinger's GPU plans for information on future plans.
