Does Schrödinger support computation on the GPU via GPGPU technology such as CUDA (NVidia), Stream (ATI), FireStream (AMD) or OpenCL?

Schrödinger supports GPU computation using Nvidia Tesla K20 and K40 graphics cards and CUDA on Linux platforms. As of the 2013-2 release, this capability is available for Desmond MD simulations. See the Platform Support page for details.
