With Maestro 9.0 I am having problems submitting jobs from a Windows client onto the cluster. The jobs appear in the queue on the cluster and the queue says they are running but all the job monitor on the Windows client prints out is dots. What is wrong?

If that is not possible we can provide a patch for the Schrödinger Windows installation if you write to This problem is fixed in the Suite 2010 release.
