Some of my Prime jobs die during IFD. How does it affect my results?
If one of the Prime subjobs dies, the following Glide stage will not be able to use the active site conformation generated by that job to dock ligands, so you may miss out on certain poses of your ligand in the active site. This may be important, so you should not ignore these failures.
