What was the first Gilde version that included post-docking minimization and used it as the default?
Post-docking minimization (PDM) was introduced in Glide 4.5 (in the Schrodinger 2007 Suite) for HTVS and SP precisions. PDM was enabled for XP jobs starting with Glide 5.0. PDM has been the default since its introduction.
