I see that SiteMap has a druggability score. What is it, and how is it different from the SiteScore?

The druggability index is described in the SiteMap User Manual, and there is a brief overview available at the following location:

SiteMap can be used to accurately classify the druggability of proteins as measured by their ability to tightly bind passively absorbed small molecules. Hydrophobicity plays a larger role in the druggability score than the Site Score because undruggable and difficult sites typically are much more hydrophilic and much less hydrophobic than druggable sites.
