If I've experienced a Maestro crash, and can no longer work with my project, is there a way to recover it?
You can try the following utilities to help recover your Project table:
$SCHRODINGER/utilities/project_extract -i original-project-name -o new-project-name -e all
You can also specifically try to recover parts of the project (Phase, or Prime results etc). To get the full synopsis of this utility, use the -h option.
To extract the project entries, Phase workflow data and Prime data you would do:
$SCHRODINGER/utilities/project_extract -i input project -o output project -e
"phase, psp"
Keywords: maestro, crash, corrupted, project, rescue
