How do I view alternate positions of residues such as Arginine?
In Maestro ensure that the Alternate Positions item on the Workspace menu (Suite 2010 on) or Display menu (earlier releases) is selected. This will allow you to see the initial position (normal color) and alternate position (ghost color).
