How do I obtain more information on command line scripts, e.g. fragment_join.py?
You should run this command-line script, and scripts in general, with
$SCHRODINGER/run fragment_join.py options
Further information may be obtained for scripts by executing them with the --help flag as
$SCHRODINGER/run fragment_join.py --help
