Can I export Project Table data in ASCII formats such as csv or txt, so as to take the project table data to MS Excel (for example) for presentation or further analysis?

In the Project Table, select Export → Spreadsheet and save the data as either a .csv or a .txt file. For more information, see the Maestro User Manual section "Exporting data to a spreadsheet".
