Where do I find the Build toolbar? I want to be able to add bonds between atoms and add a hydrogen or two.

For newer Maestro versions, the Build toolbar has been moved to the main Maestro window. From Suite 2011, you can display this toolbar by clicking the Build button on the Manager toolbar; for earlier releases, click on the "Show/hide the Build toolbar" button (icon with hammer). You can also choose Maestro → Toolbars → Build to display the toolbar.
