How do I change the Workspace background color to white?

You can change the background color in Maestro with Workspace → Appearance (Suite 2010 on) or Display → Display Options (earlier releases), in the Background tab. See the Maestro User Manual section "Setting the Background Color". You can also right-click in the Workspace and choose Background Color → color from the shortcut menu.

If you change the background color, you might also need to change the colors of labels and markers. You can set these colors in the Preferences panel, under Atom/Bond labels, Measurements, Non-bonded interactions – Display (H-bonds and contacts prior to 2014-3); or you can set the colors in the corresponding panels. Workspace feedback text automatically changes to a contrasting color when you switch the background color.
