Is it possible to convert an .sdf file into an .maegz file from the command line?
Yes, you can use the utility sdconvert. Both uncompressed (.mae) and compressed (.maegz) formats are supported. The command to use is:
$SCHRODINGER/utilities/sdconvert -isd sdfile -omae maefile
On Windows you can just use sdconvert in a Schrodinger Command Prompt shell, without the path given in the command above.
