How do I assign PDB atom names?

In order to assign PDB atom names:

1. Choose Edit → Build → Atom Properties
2. From the Property option menu, choose PDB Atom Name
3. Enter the desired name (e.g. CA or CB) in the PDB atom name text box and use the Apply PDB atom name picking tools to select the atoms to which you want to apply the name.
