Does Maestro handle symmetry? The symmetry information is defined in the .cms file created by Desmond.

Maestro is not aware of periodic boundary conditions, so it does not wrap distances, in the way that, for example, PBC does. However, you can display images for a system that has a unit cell defined by selecting Workspace → Crystal Mates (from Suite 2010) or Display → Crystal Mates (earlier releases).
