I seem to have a problem with rotating and moving the molecule with the wireless Logitech mouse that I have. This is a three button mouse but the middle one is a wheel. What can I do about it?

The wheel itself should also act as a button. By pressing on the wheel button, you should be able to rotate the structure. For more information, see the Maestro User Manual section entitled "Mouse Functions". The manual can be accessed from Maestro with Help → Manuals Index.
