How can I import extra data for the structures that I have in the Project Table?

If you have the data in spreadsheet form (CSV file) along with a unique identifier (molecule ID, title, etc.) you can use Table → Import → Spreadsheet to import the data. Otherwise, you can create a new property with Property → Add, and add the data into the Project Table in the new property column.
