How can I set the path in Windows for the output of Glide jobs? I notice that there is no option to browse and select a folder. Everything seems to be dumped in the same directory.

All jobs launched from Maestro are normally written to Maestro's current working directory (CWD), which under Windows is a predefined directory (the location depends on which release you are using). You can change the CWD after Maestro has started via Maestro → Change Directory.

You can instruct Maestro to write job files to some other location, regardless of the CWD, in the Directory tab of the Preferences panel.

To change the default CWD location, you can place the command

changedirectory "new-directory-path"

in the file

%APPDATA%\Schrodinger\maestroversion\maestro.cmd

Keywords: path for glide jobs, windows, CWD, current working directory, change directory, Maestro
