I want to attach a customized label to entries in my Project Table. How can I do this?

You can do this by creating a property. Choose Property → Add in the Project table. You can then give a name to the new property, and you should change the type to String. Afterwards you can assign a value to all of the selected entries by clicking in one of the new cells, typing the value and then pressing Ctrl+Enter.
