I found that Protein Reports reported a steric clash between residues on opposite sides of the protein. Is this an issue?
If crystal symmetry properties are present, then the symmetry mates are also considered in the Protein Reports analysis.
If this is not what you want, a workaround would be to duplicate the entry, delete the symmetry properties from the new entry, and try the Protein Reports again.
Workspace → Crystal Mates (Suite 2010 on) or Display → Crystal Mates (earlier releases) might also help you locate the clash (when symmetries are present).
Keywords: crystal symmetry, protein reports, Maestro
