In the Suite 2009 Protein Reports tool, clicking the rows under "steric clashes" gives a message each time I click on a new row: "Workspace has changed, and data may no longer be valid. Please use the update button". The update button works but the process takes too long. Is there any workaround for this?
This issue has been resolved in the Suite 2010 release. We recommend that you update to the latest version of the software.
