Is it possible to turn off the display of the labels on illustrations of pharmacophores?
Yes. Starting with Suite 2009, you can turn off the display of labels with the "View hypothesis labels" toolbar button. In earlier releases, a workaround would be to save the image at high resolution, then edit out the labels with an image editor.
