I find that on Windows, the Import button in the Protein Preparation Wizard fails to retrieve the pdb from local pdb database. What would cause that?
This was due to a problem with the line breaks in the imported file. The issue has been resolved in Suite 2010, so we recommend that you update your software. As a workaround, import the PDB structure into Maestro via the Import panel, then use the Protein Preparation Wizard.
