In the Prime GUI, I need to be able to see 3d selections reflected in the sequence, and sequence selections reflected in the 3d structure. Is there any way to do so?

This is a known issue in Suite 2009, in which the residues selected in the Prime panel were not being selected in the Workspace, although it worked properly the other way around. This issue has been resolved in Suite 2010 so that the Workspace selection range is synchronized with the Prime GUI contents both ways.
