Maestro either freezes or crashes when I try saving an image. What can I do to prevent this? Also, if I do save the images, they are either distorted or get saved in black and white. How do I save them?
This issue has been resolved in the Suite 2010 release. We recommend that you update your software.
Until then, hiding the "Clipping planes" window (lower right corner of the main Maestro window) via "View → Clipping Planes" usually resolves this problem and allows images to be saved normally.
