On Windows, I find that Maestro 9.0 crashes when I try Glide docking. How can I prevent this from occurring?
This problem is fixed in Suite 2009 Update 2, so the best solution is to upgrade your software.
Otherwise, a workaround is to unzip the grid archive, grid.zip into individual files and delete the grid.cons file before loading the grid into Maestro. This does not allow you to use constraints. If constraints are important, generate a new grid with the desired constraint and add a dummy constraint. When you set up the docking job, do not include the dummy constraint.
