When I try and open a panel from Maestro or run some Python script, it fails and I get errors like this:
WARNING Error in executing: ' qpld_gui.panel' :
Error type: exceptions.NameError
Error message: name 'panel' is not defined
Why is this?
Errors like this suggest that you have an older installation installed in the same directory as a newer installation. Also, you may be using an older Python script with a more recent installation of our software.
If you have older scripts, the best way to fix this issue is to remove the older scripts and update your scripts through Maestro.
If you have two installations of our software in the same directory, we recommend re-installing the newer software into a fresh directory.
