The workspace sequence viewer keeps crashing. Why does that happen?

Maestro: Error while running Maestro
Maestro: ** abnormal termination **
When "Align by residue numbers" mode is enabled, the sequence viewer tries to align the sequence even if there is nothing to align (as when all entries are excluded). Turning off the mode should solve the issue.
This problem was fixed in Suite 2009 Update 2. We recommend that you update your software to remove this problem entirely.
