How do I pick two different lowest energy torsion conformations from the Rapid Torsion Scan panel and add them to the Project Table?

You can add any of the conformations from the Rapid Torsion Scan panel with these steps:

1) Select the conformation in the table. It is displayed in the Workspace
2) Create an entry from the Workspace (Workspace → Create Project Entry or Ctrl+Shift+N).
