Which scoring terms are included only in GlideScore XP, which ones are common to SP with identical weights, and which ones are used in both scoring functions with different weights?

The Glide SP and XP scoring functions are optimized separately, so the weights of the various terms are different. Glide SP now includes all of the hydrophobic enclosure and H-bond reward terms from XP, but not the XP desolvation penalties (i.e., most of the XP Visualizer "Penalties" subterms).
