My Glide runs fail with the following error
Unable to locate file sgb.param.
Make sure IMP_ROOT or IMPACT_EXEC is set.
What might the problem be?
The error indicates that a parameter file 'sgb.param' could not be found. It probably indicates a file system issue. Some possible causes could be that you ran out of disk space on the file system where the Schrödinger installation used by the compute machine is located, or that the file server was overloaded by many processes trying to access it.
