Can I use Glide to dock molecules with more than 300 atoms?

The limit is 500 atoms as of the 2015-1 release. For earlier releases, 300 atoms is the hard limit. You cannot dock molecules with more than the limit. One possible alternative is to dock fragments of your structure, or truncate the structure before docking.

Keywords: max atoms
