I am not able to click on the Edit Feature button in the Constraints tab of the Ligand Docking panel - is this feature not available to me?

The 'Edit Feature' button on the 'Constraints' tab is not enabled unless the Glide grid you're using includes constraints. The constraints must be defined during Grid Generation; during the Ligand Docking setup, you choose which of those constraints you'll be enforcing for the docking job, and what ligand features will be able to satisfy them.

Once you choose a grid with constraints on the Settings tab, the table on the Constraints tab will list the constraints, and the 'Edit Feature' button will be enabled.
